Castle and river tour
1st day
arrive Frankfurt, you will be met by our chauffeur who will assist you through customs and help
with your luggage. Your deluxe limousine/bus will transfer you to your hotel in Frankfurt. Frankfurt, with a population of 650.000, is a prosperous cosmopolitan city,
a mixture of new and old. Founded over 1.000 years ago, today it is one of the most important cities in Germany with excellent air - and rail connections, a leasing, banking and trading center, and site of anual
international trade fairs and exhibitions. An afternoon tour of the city will include the main streets, House of Goethe, St.Pauls’s Church, Cathedral, Town Hall, University, and other points of interest. Overnight: Hotel
2nd day Frankfurt - Rhine river tour. After a hearty breakfast at 09:00 a.m. our limousine will pick you up and you will be traveling to Rüdesheim, where
you embark the KD excursions boat at 10:00 a.m. for a boat trip along the most scenic part of the river Rhine for an unforgettable cruise downstream, passing vine-clade hills topped by medival castles and
fortresses on the picturesque sight of the river, passing the Loreley rock , on the top of which - so the
legend goes - a beautiful blond maiden once sat, and by humming a little tune bewitched and lured boatmen into their wet doom by allowing their boats to perish. St. Goarshausen, there your chauffeur
will meet you again and you proceed for lunch to Assmannshausen. After lunch you visit Rüdesheim, the charming and lively vine village and the famous Drosselgasse always popular and one of the
highlights in any travel itinerary of Germany. After sightseeing by foot you ride to Wiesbaden the capitol city of the State of Hessen. After an orientation tour, in the evening you return to your hotel in Frankfurt.

3rd day Frankfurt - Heidelberg . Full day excursion to Heidelberg. Via Darmstadt see the castle Frankenstein and follow the Bergstraße
, a region known for its extremely mild climateand picturesque small vine villages. Arrive in Heidelberg for sightseeing Old Heidelberg famous in song and story, the
beautifull Neckar river valley has always been a attraction to visitors from around the world. Sightseeing will feature the old town, the Castle with the big cask (55.000 gallons), Church of the Holy Spirit,
Germanys oldest university (founded in 1386), student’s prison (Karzer) and numerous other interesting sights.Afterwards you will have a typicall lunch at one of the old student`s inns.In the afternoon we
continue along the banks of the Neckar river to Hirschhorn, a small and picturesque town at the Burgenstrasse (Castle road). We drive up to the Castle for a coffee-break (own expense).Yorr tour will
take you further trough the „Odenwald forest“, a wooded and favorite excursion area, passing Erbach, Michelstadt, Lindenfels and Bensheim on your way back to Frankfurt. Overnight: Hotel
4th day.
Frankfurt The morning of your last day of the tour will be free for shopping. Transfer from your Hotel to the Frankfurt Airport or Railway station.

2nd day. depart at 09:00 a.m. for full day Rhine-Moselle tour. You travel to Rüdesheim, where you
embark the KD boat for a boat trip along the most scenic part of the river Rhine, passing the Loreley to St. Goar. There your chauffeur will meet you again and you proceed to Boppart, stopover for lunch.
After lunch we cross the hills to the famous Moselle river, you visit the romantic castle Ehrenburg
on the way to Cochem. Sightseeing by foot in Cochem,, than we follow the scenic river valley to

3rd day. Time to relax this morning, full day in Trier, you have the oportunity for a excursion to Luxembourg. Overnight Hotel
4th day. we cross the Vulkan Eifel and travel via Bitburg to Monschau and then to ancient Aachen. Roman settled as Aguae Grani. Overnight: Hotel
5th day.
Morning departure via highway to Cologne sightseeing in Cologne Roman-Germanic Museum and the Cathedral a masterpiece of Gothic architecture begun in 1248 and not completed until
1842-80. In the afternoon we travel to Brühl castle Augustusburg 1725-28 a gem of rocco architecture with a famous staircase hall by Balthasar Neumann. Next is Bonn, former capitol of the Federal
Republic of Germany, the birthplace of Beethoven. We proceed to Königswinter. Overnight: Hotel
6thday. relax this morning, after breakfast we follow the Rhine river to Koblenz, to the Deutsche Eck
where the Moselle river flows into the river Rhine. We motor to Rüdesheim visit the Drosselgasse and the Niederwaldmonument .Depart for Wiesbaden the capitol city of the country Hessen. Overnight: Hotel
7th day. after breakfast transfer to Frankfurt Airport

3rd day. Baden Baden - Constance. After breakfast we continue traveling through one of the most scenic regions of Germany - the Black Forest
passing picturesque villages on our way via Triberg and Donaueschingen (source of the Danube) to the shore of Lake Constance. Overnight: Hotel

Constance - Garmisch Partenkirchen.Today we travel along the southern shore of Lake Constance and pass impressive alpine scenery via Füssen to Hohenschwangau for a photo stop at
fabulous Neuschwanstein Castle, built by king Ludwig II of Bavaria. Afterwards we will pay a short visit to Wieskirche (Church in the meadows), a masterpiece of Bavarian Rococo style, before we proceed to
Garmisch, our today´s destination. Overnight: Hotel
5th day. Garmisch Partenkirchen - Munich. This morning you will visit Ettal, large Benedictine
Monastery and Linderhof Castle, another creation of king Ludwig II. We then proceed to Oberammergau, site of the famous Passion Plays, performed every ten years by the inhabitants and
attracting visitors from all over the world. In the afternoon we continue to Munich, captial city of the State of Bavaria. Munich is the largest city of South Gemany, with a population of 1.400 000. It is a
lively and charming metropolis and is called the city of art and culture. Munich is famed for its standing art collections and exhibitions, excellent theatres and cabarets. As a tourist mecca it offers reputed
hotels, first class restaurants and quaint cafes. Well known and always popular are the many beer halls and beer gardens. Overnight: Hotel
6th .day.
